These Terms govern your use of JobSavvy (the "Service"), a product operated by Cloudwitan ("we", "us", or "Cloudwitan"). By using the Service — including by onboarding via our Telegram or WhatsApp bot — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
JobSavvy discovers job listings from publicly accessible sources (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, Google Jobs, Workday, and employer career portals) and forwards matching opportunities to you based on preferences you provide. The Service may, at your request and with your configuration, assist in submitting applications on your behalf using information you have supplied.
2. Nature of job data — no warranty
- Job listings are scraped from public-domain websites and third-party APIs. We do not author, verify, or endorse any listing.
- Listings may be stale, duplicated, inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or removed by the original source at any time.
- We make no representation or warranty as to the legitimacy of any employer, recruiter, job description, compensation, or application outcome.
- You are responsible for independently verifying every listing before engaging with it, sharing personal information, or submitting an application. Use your own judgement.
3. Automated applications
If you enable automated application features, the Service will use the profile, CV, and answers you provide to submit applications. You acknowledge that:
- You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information submitted.
- Automated submissions may fail, time out, or be rejected by the receiving platform.
- Some platforms prohibit automated submissions; it is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with the terms of service of each platform you target.
4. Your account and data
- You must provide accurate contact details and CV information.
- You must not use the Service to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent applications, or violate any law.
- You may request deletion of your profile at any time by contacting us (see section 10).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the Service; (b) use the Service to harvest listings for resale; (c) submit malicious content; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. No employment relationship
Cloudwitan is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or placement service. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment of any kind.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CLOUDWITAN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cloudwitan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, employment opportunity, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months, or, if no fees have been paid, INR 1,000.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cloudwitan harmless from any claims arising out of (a) your misuse of the Service, (b) information you submitted to employers via the Service, or (c) your breach of these Terms.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the bot channel you onboarded through. We may suspend or terminate access for any account that breaches these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
